Today, most of us rely on Google apps and services for browsing, sending emails, storing photos and documents, browsing, watching videos, transferring money, and more. Although its apps and services have been up to par, sometimes we might face some glitches. Usually restarting the phone or updating the software fixes the bug, but there may be times when you want to report a problem to the company.

And you might not know it, but there is a way to contact Google Support and solve your problems. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Chrome web browser and enter – ‘support.google.com’

2nd step: On the page, all Google apps and services will appear. Click the app or service for which you want to contact customer support. There will be a “down” arrow, click on it to expand the list of options.

Step 3: Once you click on any of the apps or services, a new webpage with several questions will open. Find the question you have and click on it to find the answer. However, if the pre-written questions do not cover your problem, scroll down and click “Need more help”. In the drop-down menu, press “Contact us”.

Step 4: Now you will be asked for specific details about your problem like you have to mention the “specific area you need assistance with”, now enter your question in the box just below and hit the “Next” option.

Step 5: From the predefined questions, choose the one that best describes your problem.

Step 6: Now click on the chat or email button to send the request to Google.

Users should note that the chat option is available throughout the week from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. IST.
