Meet some of St. Louis’s top real estate professionals. It’s no secret that the St. Louis residential real estate market has remained hot, even through much of the pandemic. To help readers who are considering buying or selling a home, Magazine Saint Louis has partnered with research firm DataJoe to create a directory of real estate agents who have produced some of the highest sales volumes in St. Louis. These professionals can help you navigate this complicated landscape and ultimately find a home where you can be happy. Please see the bottom of the page for an explanation of the selection process.

How was the list created? Last October, with the help of research firm DataJoe, SLM has posted its Top Real Estate Producers form online. We’ve sent the link to the form to dozens of real estate brokers in the St. Louis metro area, made up of 15 counties. Any brokerage with agents who sell homes in the metropolitan area could submit applications. The survey asked brokerage administrators to provide sales volume data for individual agents and teams. A team is considered two or more licensed professionals working together as a single entity; officers could not be appointed as individuals and as part of a team. Teams can be considered small (2-5 members), medium (6-10 members), large (11-20 members) or mega (21+).

What qualifies someone to be a Top Real Estate Producer? To be on the list, an individual real estate agent must have sold more than $5 million between October 1, 2020 and October 1, 2021, and a team must have sold more than $10 million during that time. Agents must also have an active license and be in good standing with no recent disciplinary action.

Can agents pay to be on the list? No. Inclusion in the list of top producers is in no way dependent on the decision to advertise. Sometimes agents and brokerages decide to advertise; however, advertising is not taken into consideration when compiling the list.
